New Italian Design 2.0 Exhibit and Opening

Dates: June 21 thru August 2013

Location: S.F. Cannery Building

As a part of Italy Design Week the New Italian Design 2.0 Exhibit will feature the Milan Triennial Design Museum, collection. 124 of Italy’s best designers works will be displayed within 8000 ft. of exhibit space. Works include product design, graphics, food design, interior design and industrial design. Italy Design Week also includes a Conference on Italian design. Additional brand recognition: The America’s Cup Tri-Country Reception July 2nd will be held within this exhibition space.

Teatro San Carlo di Napoli “ Concert of the Two Bays”
A Once-In-Life-Time performance uniting the orchestras and choruses of the San Francisco Opera and Teatro di San Carlo.

Dates: October 25, 2013

Location: The War Memorial Opera House

In honor of 2013 Year of the Italian Culture in the US and Giuseppe Verdi’s Bicentennial celebrations, a once-in-a-lifetime performance of the Verdi Requiem uniting the orchestras and choruses of San Francisco Opera and Teatro di San Carlo under the under the leadership of Maestro Nicola Luisotti.
This performance will be broadcast by Rai International, which will produce a DVD to be distributed worldwide. Partners will receive additional brand exposure at the “Treasures of The San Carlo” exhibition. Description of the exhibition is featured below.

“Treasures of the San Carlo Exhibition”
For the first time in the US this premier exhibition features stage costumes, sets, props and original litographs by Mimmo Palladino. The Teatro San Carlo d’ Napoli was founded in 1728 by King The theatre was commissioned by the Bourbon King Charles VII of Naples it was inaugurated in 1737. It is the oldest continuously active venue for public opera in Europe.

Bulgari Exhibition
A Once-In-Life-Time performance uniting the orchestras and choruses of the San Francisco Opera and Teatro di San Carlo.

Location: De Young Museum

A retrospective of 60’s 70’s 80’s jewelry by famed Italian Jeweler Bulgari, showcasing a range of rarely seen snake bracelets, rings, watches and belts created by Bulgari during those three decades and worn by, inter alia, Diana Vreeland and Elizabeth Taylor. To accompany the exhibition, the large-scale “Bulgari Serpenti Collection. There are several opportunities to be a partner of pre-opening dinners.

Once in a lifetime opportunity! Come meet the America’s Cup teams Luna Rosa, Italy, Artemis, Sweden and Emirates, New Zealand as they head into America’s Cup Challenger Series Louis Vuitton Cup.
The Louis Vuitton Cup, the America’s Cup Challenger Series, is used as the selection series to determine who will race the Defender in the America’s Cup Finals. Scheduled for July 4 – September 1, 2013 on the San Francisco Bay. This event is a great opportunity for corporate entertainment.
